艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平对于难治性抑郁症患者心理状况以及睡眠质量的影响研究

摘要
目的:评价难治性抑郁症接受艾司西酞普兰与奥氮平联合治疗对患者睡眠质量、心理状态的调节作用。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月青岛优抚医院收治的难治性抑郁症患者100例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组单纯服用艾司西酞普兰,观察组在对照组基础上联用奥氮平,比较其结果。结果:观察组患者的心理状态与睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对难治性抑郁症患者施予艾司西酞普兰与奥氮平联合治疗的效果显著,价值颇高,建议全面推广。
Objective: To evaluate the role of escitalopram and olanzapine in the treatment of refractory depression in the regulation of sleep quality and mental state. Methods: A total of 100 cases of refractory depression admitted to our hospital from March 20 to March 2019 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group. 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with escitalopram alone,while the observation group was treated with olanzapine on the basis of the control group. The results were compared. Results: The psychological status and sleep quality of observation group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of escitalopram and olanzapine in patients with refractory depression has a significant effect and is of high value. It is worth of being fully promoted.
