摘要
随着油田的不断开采,许多注水井也注入了较长时间。由于各种原因,导致顶部封隔器与定位密封或套管之间密封不严,甚至是套管外壁固井质量逐渐变差加上套管的腐蚀变形有裂纹,使得环空带压,最终导致井口套管环空有压力,造成井口的井控风险隐患。通过合作研发APS井口保护器、K344-SJ210液控扩张自锁式油套同压处理器,能够有效地将压力隔离在井下,不使井口承压,有效保证了井口的安全。
        With continuous development of oil fields, many injection wells have been injected for a long time. Due to various reasons,the sealing between the top packer and sealing or the top packer with casing is not closed. Even more, the cementing quality of the casing external wall became poor gradually, and cracks occurred due to casing corrosion and deformation, causing annulus pressure,resulting in wellhead casing annulus pressure and well control risks of wellhead. Through cooperative research and development of APS wellhead protector, K344-SJ210 hydraulic control expansion self-locking pressure processor, the pressure can be isolated effectively in the well, with no wellhead pressure, which can effectively ensure the safety of the wellhead.
