摘要

2015年以来,炉顶温度偏高一直是困扰新钢8号高炉生产的一大难题,为控制炉顶温度,进行了扩大矿批操作探索。大矿批操作后,8号高炉炉况稳定性改善,煤气利用率也得到了提高,炉顶温度得到了有效控制。
        The top temperature on the high side is a difficult problem for No.8 blast furnace production in Xinyu Steel since2015.In order to control the top temperature,exploration are carried out for expansion of ore batches.The stability of No.8 blast furnace is improved after large ore batches operation,gas utilization rate is increased,top temperature are effectively controlled.
