摘要

全面二孩政策实施以来,应对中小学女教师由生育引发的多重压力,传统的家庭支持固然重要,但目前,政府、社区、单位提供的正式社会支持与以家庭为中心的非正式社会支持都在弱化。为了缓解中小学女教师的生育压力,从社会支持网络理论视角看,应该构建起以家庭支持为基础,以政府支持和单位支持为关键,社区支持为辅助的四位一体的社会支持网络系统。
        With two-child policy implementing,female teachers of primary and secondary schools appear on fertility.In view of the multiple pressures caused by birth,the traditional family support is important,however,as the expansion of reproductive risk and the formation of the socialization of fertility cost sharing mechanism,government,community and school should provide necessary support for reproductive female teachers.At present,the formal social support from the government,communities and schools and the informal social support from families are weakening.In order to alleviate the procreation pressure of the female teachers,we should build up the social support network system,which is based on family support,government and school support for the key,community support for auxiliary.
