锁定加压钢板对闭合性胫骨Pilon骨折患者术后功能恢复的影响

摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板对闭合性胫骨Pilon骨折患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年7月收治的80例闭合性胫骨Pilon骨折患者为研究对象,将其中30例采用解剖钢板手术治疗的患者纳入对照组,50例采用锁定加压钢板治疗的患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、石膏制动时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的Mazur评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折术后恢复快,并发症少,关节功能恢复好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of locking compression plate on postoperative functional recovery in patients with closed tibial Pilon fracture. Methods Eighty cases of patients with closed tibial Pilon fracture from January 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. Among them, 30 cases who treated with anatomical plate operation were enrolled into control group, and 50 cases who treated with locking compression plate were enrolled into observation group. The treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, hospitalization time,plaster immobilization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 months after operation, the Mazur scores in the two groups increased, and that in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Locking compression plate in patients with closed tibial Pilon fracture postoperative has rapid recovery, fewer complications and great joint function recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
