摘要
介绍了多台联动轨道式台车在3 000 t整跨钢桁梁拼装生产线中的应用。针对3 000 t整跨钢桁梁(长度150 m)在拼装生产线中纵向平移的功能需求和空间条件,通过方案比选,有效控制了施工成本,解决了多台联动轨道式运梁车液压顶升控制问题。工程实践证明:多台联动轨道式台车具有经济、安全、高效的特点,可以在各类超大超重钢结构拼装生产线中推广应用。
The application of multiple linked rail-mounted trolleys in 3 000 tons full-span steel truss assembly lines was introduced. Due to the functional requirements and space conditions of 3 000 tons full-span steel truss(150 m length) transfer along assembly lines on lengthways, through schemes comparison and selection, the construction costs were effectively controlled, and the hydraulic jacking control problem of multiple linked rail-mounted trolleys was solved. Construction of the project proved that multiple linked rail-mounted trolleys had the features of economic, safe, and high efficiency, therefore, it could be applied to all kinds of super-large and overweight steel structures assembly lines.
