老年高血压的血压控制目标与诊疗研究进展

摘要
老年高血压的发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗等均具有特殊性,目前各国指南对老年高血压的血压控制目标尚无通用标准。要确定老年人最佳的血压目标值还需要更多研究,老年高血压患者的治疗策略应遵循个体化、多元化、优化及简化,遵循缓慢、平稳、安全有效、个体化降压的原则。
The pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in elderly patients are all special. At present, there is no general standard for the target of blood pressure control in elderly hypertension. More research is needed to determine the best blood pressure target value for the elderly. The treatment strategy for elderly hypertensive patients should follow the individualization, diversification, optimization and simplification and the principle of slowness, stability, safety, effectiveness and individual depressurization.
