科教融合视角下大学生创新创业训练计划项目培育研究

摘要
2017年齐鲁工业大学和山东省科学院深度融合成立全新的齐鲁工业大学。在深度科教融合的背景下依托山东省科学院的四个国家级平台和十四个省级平台,齐鲁工业大学的大学生创新创业训练计划项目培育迎来良好的发展机遇,电气工程与自动化学院与科学院自动化研究所在深度科教融合过程中,通过研究所和学院双导师推荐培育项目和学生自主命题双导师辅导两种主要的形式培育项目,对提高学生创新创业能力、培养高水平创新人才发挥了重要作用。本文论述了采用科教深度融合的方式开展大学生创新创业训练计划项目培育的可行性及重要的价值,提出了科教融合开展该项目的策略与措施,包括深化科教融合、加强创新实验室建设、完善管理制度、明确工作、强化过程管理来提高实施质量,与校外实习基地建立有机联系,科教深度融合取得了丰硕的成果。
The new Qilu University of Technology established on base of Qilu University of Technology and Shandong Provincial Academy of Sciences in the last year.There are four national platforms and fourteen provincial-level platforms in Qilu University of Technology.The School of Electrical Engineering and Automation and the Institute of Automation of the Academy of Sciences are in the process of integrating science and teaching in depth.Two major forms of training are recommended from the institute and the college dual tutor recommendation program and the student self-directed dual tutoring.The project plays an important role in improving student innovation and entrepreneurship and cultivating high-level innovative talents.This paper discussed the feasibility and important value of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship training programs for undergraduates through the integration of science and education.The strategies and measures were put forward for the integration of science and education.The results showed that deep integration of science and education improved the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program.
