摘要
某核级高温液态金属泵泵盖为控氮316奥氏体不锈钢材料,焊接接头具有厚度大、直径大、焊接填充量大、力学性能要求高的特点。采用一般方法不仅难以保证接头的焊接质量及力学性能,而且焊接效率低,焊工劳动强度大。采用特殊研制的φ2.4 mm埋弧焊丝及配套焊剂、结合窄间隙坡口和合理的焊接工艺参数,既提高焊接效率、保证焊接质量,又获得了综合力学性能优良的焊接接头,为类似产品的制造提供了有效的参考。
The pump cover of nuclear high temperature liquid metal pump is made of 316 austenitic stainless steel for nitrogen control.The welded joints have the characteristics of large thickness,large diameter,large welding filling and high mechanical properties. It is not only difficult to ensure the welding quality and mechanical properties of joints but also low welding efficiency and high labor intensity of welders by other methods. The welding efficiency is improved,the welding quality is guaranteed and the welded joints with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained by using a special developed submerged arc welding wire of φ2.4 mm and matching flux,combining with narrow gap groove and reasonable welding parameters. It provides an effective reference for the manufacture of similar products.
