模拟提插捻转功能的膝关节炎治疗仪干预瘀血阻滞型膝骨关节炎的效应研究

摘要
目的:探讨模拟提插捻转功能的膝关节炎治疗仪干预瘀血阻滞型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将入组的60例瘀血阻滞型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用膝关节炎治疗仪治疗,对照组用针刺治疗。1个疗程结束后,探讨两组治疗前后VAS评分、膝关节运动功能及疗效。结果:完成研究患者57例,其中治疗组29例,对照组28例。疗程结束后,治疗组及对照组治疗后VAS评分、膝关节运动功能评分均较治疗前有显著改善,差均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、膝关节运动功能评分及疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:膝关节炎治疗仪治疗瘀血阻滞型膝骨关节炎可缓解疼痛、改善关节功能,值得临床、日常生活推广运用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of therapeutic apparatus for knee osteoarthritis which simulates the insertion and twist function to intervene the blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis.Method:The group of 60 patients with blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases respectively.The treatment group was treated with therapeutic apparatus for knee osteoarthritis,the control group was treated with acupuncture,the VAS score,the knee movement function and the curative effect were analyzed before and after 1 course of treatment between the two groups.Result:A total of 57 cases completed the treatment,including 29 cases in treatment group and 28 cases in control group.After the treatment,both of the VAS score and the knee movement function score were significantly improved than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),after the treatment,there were no significant differences of VAS score,the knee joint motor function score and the curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Therapeutic apparatus for knee osteoarthritis for the treatment of the blood stagnancy of knee osteoarthritis can alleviate pain,improve joint function,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical and daily life.
