摘要
目的探讨积极心理学理论应用于精神分裂症患者临床康复护理中对患者认知功能和社会能力的影响。方法选择2017年2月至2017年12月在本院治疗的精神分裂症患者88例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组运用常规护理进行干预,观察组运用积极心理学理论进行护理。干预10周后,评估两组患者的认知评估量表(Mo-CA)、精神状况评定表(MMSE)、患者观察量表(NOSIE-30)及社会适应能力评定量表(SAFE)的评分。结果观察组干预后Mo-CA评分(26±1.300)分、MMSE评分(28±1.810)分、NOSIE-30评分(114±2.400)分、SAFE评分(28±1.900)分,与对照组比较明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理学理论可以改善患者的认识能力,提高患者的社会生活能力,值得在临床上推广应用。
        Objective To explore the effect of positive psychology theory on cognitive function and social ability of schizophrenic patients in clinical rehabilitation nursing. Methods From February 2017 to December 2017, 88 schizophrenic patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with positive psychology theory. After 10 weeks of intervention, the scores of the cognitive assessment scale(Mo-CA), the mental status assessment table(MMSE), the patient' s observation scale(NOSIE-30) and the social adaptation assessment scale(SAFE) were evaluated.Results The results of Mo-CA score(26±1.300), MMSE score(28±1.810), NOSIE-30 score(114±2.400) and SAFE score(28±1.900) score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychology theory can improve patients' cognitive ability and improve their social life ability, which is worthy of clinical application.
