摘要
结直肠癌是我国居民恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的主要疾病之一,早期诊断及有效监测病程进展有助于提高结直肠癌治疗疗效,改善患者的生存质量。近年来,随着正电子发射计算机断层扫描仪(PET/CT)在临床的应用,~(18)F-FDG PET/CT有效弥补了传统诊断学方法对结肠癌诊断、分期及监测的不足,对改善结直肠癌患者的预后、提高患者的生存质量起着重要作用。本文就PET/CT在结直肠癌诊治中的应用与进展作一简要介绍,以期临床医生更全面地认识PET/CT对结直肠癌的诊疗意义,进一步提高结直肠癌的诊治效率。
        Colorectal cancer is one of the major malignant tumor diseases of the morbidity and mortality in our country.Early diagnosis and effective monitoring the progress of colorectal cancer are helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of patientsʼ life.In recent years,with the clinical application and development of PET/CT,~(18)F-FDG PET/CT has effectively making up for the insufficiency of diagnosing,preoperative staging and monitoring by traditional diagnostic methods in colorectal cancer,and has been playing an important role in improving the prognosis and the quality of patientsʼ life.This article briefly introduces the application and research advancement of PET/CT in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer,hoping Clinicians have a more comprehensive understanding of the significance of PET/CT in diagnosing and treating in colorectal cancer and further improving the efficiency of its diagnosis and treatment.
