人文关怀护理在产房的应用效果观察

摘要
目的:观察人文关怀护理在产房的应用效果,分析其对产房护理质量的影响。方法:抽选2017年7月至2018年6月于本院产房分娩的产妇126例,随机分为对照组(n=63)及人文组(n=63),对照组行常规产房护理,人文组行人文关怀护理,对比两组护理满意度、患者配合度及术后2h出血量的差异。结果:人文组满意度(96.83%)及配合度(98.41%)均优于对照组(85.71%、87.30%)(P<0.05);且人文组产后2h出血量(62.46±21.37)mL相比对照组的(103.29±28.71)mL明显更少,第二产程持续时间(38.69±11.58)min相比对照组的(63.46±13.75)min明显更短(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理可显著提升产房护理质量,增强产妇分娩配合度及护理工作满意度,应用效果显著。
Objective:To observe the application effect of humanistic nursing care in the delivery room and analyze its effect on the quality of nursing care in the delivery room. Methods: 126 cases were selected from July 2017 to June 2018, and were randomly divided into control group(n=63) and humanities group(n=63). The control group performed routine maternity care. The humanities group performed humanistic care, The difference of nursing satisfaction, patient compatibility and postoperative 2 h hemorrhage was compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction of humanities group(96.83%) and cooperation degree(98.41%) were better than control group(85.71 %、87.30%)(P < 0.05). And the amount of 2 h hemorrhage(62.46±21.37) mL in the humanities group was significantly less than that in the control group(103.29±28.71) mL. The duration of the second birth(38.69±11.58)min was significantly shorter(P < 0.05) than that of the control group(63.46±13.75)min. Conclusion: Humanistic care and nursing can significantly improve the quality of nursing care in maternity ward, enhance the degree of coordination and satisfaction of nursing work, the application effect is remarkable.
