摘要
构建科学的创新创业教育模式,对促进创新创业教育科学发展并取得更大成效具有重要意义。在三螺旋理论基础上,构建了以知识、能力、素质为内三螺旋,以专业教育、创新教育、创业教育为中三螺旋,以高校、产业、政府为外三螺旋的高校创新创业教育多层三螺旋模型。模型中内螺旋系统构成创新创业教育的目标,为整个系统的运行起到牵引动力作用;中螺旋通过三种教育方式的融合,成为创新创业教育的主要手段;外螺旋通过三个主体的协同,构成创新创业教育的环境支持系统。各层三螺旋系统既独立运行,又互相作用,协同运作,构成一个整体的协同教育系统,共同推动创新创业人才培养质量的不断提高。
        It is of great significance to construct a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship education model and to promote the scientific development. This paper constructs a triple helix of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities with knowledge, ability and quality as the inner helix, professional education, innovative education and entrepreneurship education as the middle helix, and university, industry and government as the outer helix On the basis of the triple helix theory. In the model, the inner spiral system constitutes the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education and plays a driving role in the operation of the whole system, the middle spiral becomes the main means of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the integration of three education modes, and the outer spiral forms the environmental support system of innovation and entrepreneurship education through the cooperation of three main bodies. The three-helix system at each level not only operates independently, but also interacts with each other and operates in coordination. It constitutes a whole cooperative education system and jointly promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training.
