摘要
目的探讨中国人群狂犬病疫苗Zagreb程序和Essen程序免疫效果的差异。方法通过中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和美国国立生物技术信息中心Pubmed数据库检索中国人群狂犬病疫苗Zagreb程序和Essen程序免疫效果比较研究的文献,采用Stata 10.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,Meta分析显示,采用Zagreb程序狂犬病疫苗首剂接种后第7d狂犬病抗体阳转率显著高于Essen程序(RR=1.20,95%CI:1.04-1.39);采用Zagreb程序首剂接种后第365d抗体阳转率显著低于Essen程序(RR=0.95,95%CI:0.90-1.00)。结论狂犬病疫苗Zagreb程序与Essen程序相比具有保护性抗体产生早但持续时间短的特点。
        Objective To compare the immunogenicity of rabies vaccine administered with the Zagreb and Essen regimens in a Chinese population. Methods We used Chinese National Knowledge Inf rastructure(CNKI), Wangfang Database, and Pubmed Database of National Center for Biotechnology Information to identif y comparative studies on the immunogenicity of rabies vaccine given with Zagreb and Essen regimens to a Chinese population. We conducted a meta-analysis using Stata 10.0 sof tware. Results Eight studies were included. Meta-analysis showed that the seroconversion rate of rabies antibody was significantly higher at the 7 th day and was significantly lower at the 365 th day af ter the first dose of rabies vaccine administered using the Zagreb regimen compared with the Essen regimen(RR=1.20, 95%CI: 1.04-1.39; RR=0.95, 95%CI: 0.90-1.00). Conclusion The Zagreb regimen induced protective antibody levels earlier but with shorter duration compared with the Essen regimen.
