摘要

针对地区电网中普遍存在的带旁路母线变电站利用旁路母线作为独立的母线转移负荷的情况,分析了地区电网调度对此类变电站在变电站正常设备检修、运行方式安排和故障缺陷处理时的操作要点和注意事项,以确保电网的安全稳定运行。
        This paper introduces the situation commonly existed in the regional power grid that the substation with bypass buses uses the bypass bus as independent bus to transfer loads,analyzes the key points of operation and precautions when the regional power grid dispatching arranges normal equipment maintenance and operation mode,and deals with the faults of the substation with bypass buses,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
