摘要
针对定子绕组电阻不平衡(SWRI)故障检测和故障程度估算问题,提出一种基于零序电压(ZSVC)和定子电流的磁通反向永磁(FRPM)电机的定子绕组电阻不平衡故障程度估算方法,有助于安排合理的维修计划。首先,利用零序电压和定子电流与附加电阻的关系,建立关于附加电阻的二元二次方程组;然后,通过求解二元二次方程组得到附加电阻值,并利用得到的附加电阻值实现定子绕组电阻不平衡故障程度估算;最后,在磁通反向永磁电机仿真和实验平台上进行算法验证,仿真和实验结果表明了所提出的故障程度估算方法的有效性和鲁棒性。
        Aiming at solving the problem of stator winding resistance imbalance(SWRI) fault detection and fault severity estimation, a SWRI fault severity estimation method based on zero sequence voltage component(ZSVC) and stator currents was proposed for flux-reversal permanent magnet(FRPM) machine, which can help in determining the scheduled maintenance. Firstly, a binary linear equation group about the additional resistances was estimated based on the relationship between the ZSVC, stator currents and the additional resistances. Secondly, by solving the binary linear equation group, the additional resistances were calculated, and the SWRI fault severity was estimated by the calculated additional resistances. Finally, the proposed method was verified on the simulation and experimental platform of FRPM machine. Both the simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed fault severity estimation method.
