摘要

三线建设是中国于1964年制定的以战备为中心的经济建设战略。该战略促使我国中西部地区建成了一批新兴工业城市,形成了我国经济建设发展的新局面,加强了战备和国防力量。伴随着信息时代的到来与生产技术的发展,三线军工企业将面临转型发展和再生重构。文章以陕西省某军工企业为例,通过对厂区现状进行分析,提出相应的再生重构改造策略,期望为相关研究提供借鉴。
        The third-line construction is an economic construction strategy centered on war readiness formulated by China in 1964. It has built a number of new industrial cities in the central and western regions of China, formed a new situation for China's economic construction and development, and strengthened its war readiness and national defense strength. At present,with the advent of the information age and the development of production technology, the threeline military enterprises will undergo the transformation and reconstruction. Taking a military industry enterprise in Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies of regeneration and reconstruction by analyzing the present situation of the factory area,and hopes to provide reference for the related research in the future.
