摘要
滩涂围垦吹填土工程力学性能差,对超长钻孔灌注桩的施工、成桩质量、单桩承载力都带来了一定的困难。桩机地基通过宕渣回填或木桩处理等方式提高地基承载力,确保桩机定位精准、方便施工。通过对护壁泥浆性能的检测、改良和优化,保证钻孔侧壁土体的稳定,确保成桩质量。采用桩端和桩侧复式后注浆,有效提高基桩的竖向承载力50%。
The bad performance of engineering mechanics of hydraulic filling in tideland reclamation brings some difficulties in extra long cast-in-situ pile construction, the quality of pile formation, the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. By the methods of macadam backfill and wood processing, pile machine foundation approves the bearing capacity, ensures the precise location and construction of hammer apparatus. The vertical bearing capacity of the foundation piles effectively raise by 50% by compound post-grouting in pile-end and pile-side. The testing, improvement and optimization of the mud protection performance ensure the soil of bored pile side stably and the quality of pile formation.
