摘要
为了评定和比较紫色象草、桂闽引象草和热研四号王草3种象草茎秆的营养成分及其对竹鼠的饲喂价值,试验测定了3种象草茎秆的营养成分,选择18只中华竹鼠作为试验动物,随机分为3组,每组6只,分别饲喂紫色象草、桂闽引象草、热研四号王草,以热研四号王草为对照,测定竹鼠的日增重,饲养结束后随机选取2只屠宰并检测肌肉蛋白质、脂肪酸和氨基酸含量。结果表明:紫色象草茎秆粗蛋白含量最高,为2. 64%;饲喂紫色象草和桂闽引象草组中华竹鼠的日增重显著高于热研四号王草(P<0. 05),其中紫色象草组中华竹鼠的日增重最高,达到(8. 48±0. 93) g。3组中华竹鼠肉中蛋白质、亚麻酸、亚油酸和肌苷酸含量差异不显著(P>0. 05),紫色象草组中华竹鼠肉中蛋白质含量最高,为(20. 30±0. 85) g; 3组中华竹鼠肉中含有的17种氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸和必需氨基酸含量均差异不显著(P>0. 05)。说明紫色象草营养成分和饲喂价值较高。
        The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the nutrient content and feeding value to rhizomys among three species of elephantgrass stems. The nutrient component of elephantgrass stem Pennisetum purpureum cv. Red( P. p Red),Pennisetum purpureum cv. Guiminyin( P.p. Guiminyin) and Pennisetum sinese Roxb( P. Roxb) were detected. 18 Zhonghua Rhizomys were selected,and randomly divided into 3 groups and fed by stems of P. p Red,P. p. Guiminyin and P. sinese Roxb respectively,the control was P. sinese Roxb.The daily weight gain of rhizomys were detected and two rhizomys in each group were randomly selected and slaughtered to determine the protein,fatty acid and amino acid content of muscle. The results showd that the content of crude protein in the stem of P. p Red group was the highest( 2. 64%). The daily weight gain of P. p Red group and the P. p. Guiminyin group were significantly higher than that of P. sinese Roxb group( P<0. 05).Among them,the P. p Red group had the highest daily weight gain,reaching( 8. 48±0. 93) g.The differences of protein,linolenic acid,linoleic acid and inosinic acid content of rhizomys muscle were not significant among three groups( P>0. 05).The protein was the highest in P. p Red group,reaching( 20. 30±0. 85) g. There were no significant differences in 17 kinds of amino acid content,umami amino acid content and essential amino acid content of Zhonghua Rhizomys among the three groups( P>0. 05). It indicates that the nutrient content and feeding value of P. p Red is better than others.
