摘要
杨树芽是蜜蜂用于生产蜂胶的主要原料,尚未得到充分的开发利用。采用响应面实验设计方法,对杨树芽总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化,同时研究了杨树芽总黄酮提取物的体外抗氧化活性。实验结果表明,杨树芽总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间2. 0 h、料液比1∶16 (g/m L)、乙醇体积分数85%,总黄酮提取率为13. 14%。体外抗氧化结果表明,杨树芽总黄酮提取物不仅能有效的清除自由基,对羟基自由基诱导的DNA氧化损伤也有明显的保护作用。
        Poplar buds are the main raw materials used by bees to produce propolis and have not been fully exploited. In this paper,response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from poplar buds. At the same time,the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from poplar buds was researched in vitro. The results manifested that the optimum conditions of extracting total flavonoids from poplar bud were as follows: extraction duration,2 h; solid-liquid ratio,1∶ 16( g/m L); and ethanol concentration,85%; and the extraction efficiency was 13. 14%. The results of vitro antioxidant assays showed that extracts of total flavonoids from poplar buds could not only scavenge free radicals,but also have protective effects on hydroxyl radical-induced DNA oxidative damage. The results of this research provide the basis for the exploitation and utilization of poplar bud resources.
