摘要
为了降低油田开发后期机采井的能耗,特别是对于供液不足、泵效低的油井,结合智慧油田建设,推广应用抽油机变速运行智能控制技术。通过油井示功图和生产参数的自动跟踪监测、泵效计算、变频控制技术,实现抽油机井的变速运行并达到节能降耗之目的。在Y油田17口井上运用了抽油机变速运行智能控制技术,通过测试分析抽油机变速运行与常规运行参数等各项参数的差别,对抽油机变速运行智能控制技术的应用效果进行了评价。在低冲速运行状态下实施的17口抽油机井平均泵效提高12.38个百分点,系统效率平均提升6.63个百分点,平均单井日节电17.95 kWh。
        In order to reduce the energy consumption of mechanical production wells in the later stage of oilfield development, especially for oil wells with insufficient liquid supply and low pump efficiency, combined with the construction of smart intelligent oilfield, Promote the application of intelligent control technology for variable speed operation of pumping units, Through the automatic tracing and monitoring of well indicator diagram and production parameters, pump efficiency calculation and frequency conversion control technology.Realize the variable speed operation of the pumping well, save energy and reduce consumption.In the Y oilfield, 17 wells are used for the variable speed operation intelligent control technology of the pumping unit.Through testing and analysis, the difference between the variable speed operation of the pumping unit and the parameters of the normal operating parameters is analyzed.Evaluate the application effect of the intelligent control of the shifting operation of the pumping unit.In the low-running state, The average pump efficiency of the 17 pumping units implemented was increased by 12.38 percentage points;The system efficiency increased by6.63 percentage points on average;The average single-day power saving is 17.95 kWh.
