产时发热对产妇妊娠结局的影响及护理对策分析

摘要
目的分析产时发热对产妇妊娠结局的影响及护理对策。方法选取妇产科在2016年1月～2018年7月期间收治的分娩产妇40例,按照产妇有无产时发热分为观察组和对照组两组,各20例。对照组无产时发热,观察组产妇存在产时发热,比较两组产妇妊娠结局,并制定针对性护理对策。结果观察组产妇剖宫产率、羊水污染率、产后出血率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率为均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产妇产时发热会影响母婴结局,临床需合理使用抗生素,加强产妇护理措施,以改善产妇分娩结局。
Objective To analyzed the effect of intrapartum fever on maternal pregnancy outcome and nursing countermeasures. Methods 40 cases of delivery maternal patients admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from January 2016 to July 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the maternal fever. The control group had no fever at birth, and the maternal group had fever during birth. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The cesarean section rate, amniotic fluid contamination rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of the observation group were higher than the control group. The incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Maternal birth-time fever can affect maternal and child outcomes, clinical use of antibiotics should be used rationally, and maternal care measures should be strengthened to improve maternal delivery outcomes.
