摘要
为了分析和解决海上平台柴油机气缸套磨损的问题,针对海上平台特殊工作环境中容易造成柴油机气缸套加速磨损的特点,结合日常柴油机运行中经常发生磨损的原因,从柴油机的工作原理和气缸套磨损的机理出发,总结和分析导致柴油机气缸套加速磨损的故障原因,并针对各种原因提出一系列切实可行的应对措施,旨在减缓或者避免磨损的进一步加剧,为柴油机的精细化管理、日常维护保养和各类检维修提供全方位的参考依据。
        In order to analyze and solve the wear problem of diesel engine cylinder liner on offshore platform, aiming at the characteristics of accelerated wear of diesel engine cylinder liner in the special working environment of offshore platform,and considering the causes of frequent wear in daily diesel engine operation, starting from the working principle of diesel engine and the wear mechanism of cylinder liner, this paper mainly summarizes and analyses the causes of accelerated wear of diesel engine cylinder liner. A series of practical measures and methods for various causes are put forward to alleviate or avoid the further worsening of wear, which provides a strong theoretical reference for the refined management, daily maintenance and various maintenance of diesel engines in the future.
