摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管隧道的顶部覆土厚度高达21 m,作者发明了记忆支座来保护沉管管节接头结构,避免其因差异沉降而受损。记忆支座置于竖向剪力键之间,用最合理的方式分配差异沉降引起的结构内力与地基反力,起到既保护结构,又发挥结构最大能力的作用。港珠澳大桥沉管隧道33节管节的接头部位已经全部装上了记忆支座。文中详述记忆支座概念的产生、试验与设计、港珠澳隧道应用案例,并讨论其未来的发展与研究方向。
The thickness of the soil cover on the immersed tunnel of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge(HZMB) is up to 21 m.To protect the structure of the immersion joints, avoiding its damage due to differential settlement, we invented the memory bearing. The memory bearing is placed between vertical shear keys. It can distribute the structural force and foundation reaction, as induced by differential settlement in a most appropriate manner, so as to protect the structure while maximising the structural utility. Now all immersion joints of 33 tunnel elements in HZMB project have equipped with memory-bearings. In this paper, we specified the born of the concept, test and design, and the application in HZMB tunnel, and discussed its future development and research.
