摘要
针对目前长壁逐胶结充填开采技术采充协调作业中存在的技术难点,基于理论分析与实践经验,推导出了两间隔道数目、一组同时充填道数目和一个循环采充道组数等采充工艺协调关键参数的计算公式,并由此提出了一种长壁逐胶结充填采充工艺协调优化的设计方法,为提高充填工作面的生产效率、指导现场实践提供了理论支撑。以陕西榆林市榆阳区金牛煤矿为工程背景,对该优化设计方法的实施做了进一步的说明,证明了长壁逐胶结充填采充工艺协调优化设计方法的适用性,为其他矿井的采充工艺协调优化的设计提供了参考。
        Aiming at the technical difficulties existed in the coordinated work of longwall-roadway with cemented backfilling technology,through the theoretical analysis and practical experience,the calculation formulas of the key parameters were derived in the mining and filling process,such as the number of roadways between two mining roadways,the number of simultaneous filling roadways and the number of mining and filling roadways in a cycle.Finally,a design method for coordinated optimization for mining and filling process of longwall-roadway with cemented backfilling technology was proposed.And it provided a theoretical support for improving the production efficiency of filling work surface and guiding the on-site practice.Based on the engineering background of Jinniu Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province,the implementation of the optimized design method was further explained,which proved the applicability of design method of the coordinated optimization for mining and filling process of longwall-roadway with cemented backfilling technology,and provided a reference for other mines.
