成体干细胞治疗压力性尿失禁的应用

摘要
压力性尿失禁(SUI)是一种女性常见的泌尿系统疾病。现今的手术治疗因存在较大的个体差异及手术相关并发症而效果不理想,因而寻找一种微创的替代疗法成为一项主要诉求。近年来,动物实验和临床试验广泛研究了女性SUI的干细胞疗法,取得了较满意的结果。目前大多数临床前试验使用的干细胞为肌肉源性和脂肪源性。此外,其他类型的细胞,如人羊水干细胞和人脐带间充质干细胞的应用变得越来越广泛。本文就不同来源的干细胞治疗SUI的最新临床前和临床研究进行综述,并评估比较其有效性、安全性及应用前景。尽管证据表明干细胞治疗是安全有效的,但仍需进一步研究以规范干细胞治疗操作技术,确定干细胞使用的适应症及安全有效范围。
