综合疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床探讨

摘要
目的分析综合疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年12月我院收治的82例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组:单纯微波治疗41例作为对照组,综合疗法(微波+保妇康栓)治疗41例作为试验组。评定两组患者的临床疗效,随访6个月时间,观察疾病复发情况。结果试验组治疗有效40例(97.6%),高于对照组的34例(82.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组阴道出血、阴道排液恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。随访6个月时间显示,试验组病情复发2例(4.9%),低于对照组的9例(22.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效优于单一治疗,能显著降低复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on chronic cervicitis. Methods 82 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital were enrolled from June 2015 to December2017 as the study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups:41 cases treated by microwave as control group and 41 cases treated by comprehensive therapy as experimental group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. The patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence of the disease. Results 40 cases(97.6%) in the experimental group were effective, which was higher than 34 cases(82.9%)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Vaginal bleeding and vaginal drainage recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 2 cases(4.9%) recurred after 6 months of follow-up, which was lower than 9 cases(22.0%) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive therapy is effective in treating chronic cervicitis and can reduce the recurrence rate. It is worth popularizing.
