摘要
通过调研武汉市某自来水厂的生产现状,发现部分V型滤池在运行过程中工况欠佳。对滤池的工艺参数进行现场检测,结果表明,部分滤池的滤头破损脱落,滤板缝隙表面原有填充物变形、膨出,导致滤料流失、滤料层厚度达不到设计要求。据此,将部分V型滤池退出运行后进行翻修,并考虑翻修施工对全厂供水量、出厂压力和生产消耗产生的影响,制定了相应的技术措施。通过翻修前后的效果对比,滤池的运行工况得到明显改善,保障了出厂水安全。
By investigating the production status in a water treatment plant of Wuhan City,it was found that some V-type filters were not good at operating condition.Through field measurement on process parameters of filters,the results show that part of the filter head is damaged and detached.The original filler on the gap surface of filter plate is deformed and expanded.This makes the thickness of filter sand beyond the reach of design requirement.The renovation process is going to affect the entire water supply,factory pressure and production consumption.Accordingly,some countermeasures are taken to renovate V-type filters.In view of the effect comparison after the renovation,the operating condition of filters has been significantly improved.Moreover,the safety of factory water has been guaranteed.
