摘要
通过对中冷器下安装支架的冲压工艺性及冲压工艺方案的分析,确定了采用10工位级进模来进行制件成形的冲压工艺方案。介绍了中冷器下安装支架多工位级进模的整体结构和主要零部件设计,包括主要工作零件、定位零件、导向零件和卸料板。为保证条料的同步移动和送料顺畅,模具采用浮动顶料机构。同时,分析了模具制造工艺。该模具充分利用工件本身的结构特点,实现了自动送料、卸料,模具在压力机一次行程中完成自动送料、冲孔、落料、成形、翻孔、分离等工序。试冲结果表明,提出的排样方案和设计的10工位级进模是合理可行的,能满足中冷器下安装支架的大批量生产需要。
        The stamping process and schemes of cooler lower mounting bracket were analyzed,and the stamping process scheme with tenstation progressive die for manufacturing the part were put forward. The design of the overall structure and the main parts of multi-station progressive die for cooler lower mounting bracket were presented,including main working parts,positioning parts,guiding pats and stripper plates. To assure the strip moving synchronously and running smoothly,lifting guide devices were used,and the die manufacturing technology was also analyzed. Considering the structural characteristics of workpiece fully,the die realizes the automatic feeding and unloading,and the working procedures of automatic feeding,piercing,blanking,forming,hole flanging and separation were finished in single stroke of press by the die. The results show that the nesting scheme and the ten-station progressive die are reasonable and feasible,which are suitable for large-scale production of cooler lower mounting bracket.
