摘要
为了解决水平井管柱在造斜段和水平段可能出现的管柱卡阻现象,建立了管柱可通过的最大井眼曲率公式和管柱与井壁的弹性相容几何模型来预测其下入的安全性,冀东油田南堡3-Y井的完井作业案例证实该套模型能够预测管柱的通过性,这对于降低水平井完井管柱下入风险有重要工程意义。
In order to solve the pipe stuck phenomenon that may occur in the deviation section and horizontal section of horizontal well string, this paper establishes the maximum borehole curvature formula and elastic compatible geometric model of pipe string and wellbore to predict the safety of pipe string entry. The completion operation case of Nanpu 3-Y well in Jidong Oilfield proves that the model can predict the pipe string passing ability, which is helpful to reduce horizontal well completion. The risk of pipe string entry has important engineering significance.
