摘要
基于野外环境对润滑油中磨粒检测的需求,分析各种磨粒检测技术,设计一种采用磁极吸附和CCD传感器相结合获取磨粒图像的便携式润滑油磨粒图像采集仪。为了在有限的仪器结构空间内,获得最佳的磁力吸附效果,使尽可能多的磨粒吸附到CCD传感器的焦平面上,对磁极的结构参数,包括磁极截面积、宽度、厚度,励磁线圈长度、厚度及其与磁极的相对位置等进行分析,获得最佳的磁极尺寸。分析沉积区域的磁场强度变化,发现从回形铁芯到磁极端点,磁场强度在不断增强,直到在磁极与空气的临界面上到达巅峰,随后迅速衰弱,到沉积区域中心后又快速回升,形成一个M型曲线。
        Based on the demand for detection of wear debris in lubricating oil in the outdoor environment,several kinds of particle detection technologies were analyzed,and a kind of portable image detector for detection of wear debris in lubricating oil was designed,which combined magnetic adsorption and CCD sensor to obtain the wear particle images.In order to obtain the optimal magnetic adsorption effect in the limited instrument structure space,and make as many abrasive particles as possible adsorb to the focal plane of the CCD sensor,the structure parameters of the magnetic pole,including the area,width and thickness of the magnetic pole,the length,thickness of the excitation coil and its relative position to the magnetic pole were analyzed,and the optimal magnetic pole size was obtained.The magnetic intensity change curve in sedimentary region was analyzed.It is found that the magnetic intensity is increasing from the ring core to the pole until it reaches the peak at the interface between the core and the air,then quickly declines,and then rises rapidly after reaching the center of sedimentary area,forming an M-shaped curve.
