摘要
根据幸福人假设,从社会幸福感与职业幸福感两个视角构建了一个多重中介模型;运用验证性因子分析、拔靴法等对350名知识型员工的有效问卷进行了实证分析。结果表明:社会交互关系对知识型员工隐性知识贡献意愿具有显著的积极影响;社会幸福感与职业幸福感均在社会交互关系对隐性知识贡献意愿之间起完全中介作用,且两者的中介效应没有明显差异。
        This paper set up a multiple mediation model from the perspective of social well-being and professional well-being based on the assumption of happiness to explore the psychological mechanism of social interaction ties on knowledge workers tacit knowledge contribution intention. Using confirmatory factor analysis and bootstrapping method, the empirical analysis was conducted on the effective questionnaires of 350 knowledge workers. Results showed that social interaction ties exert a significant positive impact on knowledge contribution willingness. Social well-being and professional well-being played a fully mediating effect between social interaction and tacit knowledge contribution willingness of knowledge workers, and the difference between the two mediating effects was not obvious.
