非正规与非正式学习成果认证的现实困境和路径选择

摘要
目前,我国非正规和非正式学习成果认证面临着正规学习成果、非正规和非正式学习成果的社会价值取向二元分化态势凸显,非正规和非正式学习成果体系结构庞杂、不系统,操作性不高,教育政策导向模糊和立法不深入等诸多现实困境。结合我国实际情况,明晰非正规和非正式学习成果认证政策导向,建立专门的、权威的非正规和非正式学习成果认证组织实体,厘清非正规和非正式学习成果标准体系逻辑,是我国非正规和非正式学习成果认证机制建设的路径选择。
At present,the certification of informal and non-formal learning outcomes in our country is confronted with the following problems. The formal learning outcomes,informal and informal learning outcomes' social value orientation are highlighted as binary differentiation. Informal and informal learning outcomes are complex,unsystematic,and operational. The orientation of education policy is vague and the legislation is not deep. According to the actual situation of our country,we should clarify the orientation of informal and non-formal learning outcomes certification policy,establish specialized and authoritative non-formal and informal academic achievement certification organization entities and clarify the logic of informal and non-formal learning outcomes standard system and the path selection of the construction of informal learning achievement authentication mechanism.
