强直性脊柱炎的影像学诊断价值分析

摘要
目的:回顾性分析X线、CT、MRI对强直性脊柱炎(AS)诊断价值的比较。方法:收集我院2009年9月～2015年9月确诊的46例强直性脊柱炎患者的临床及影像学资料,分析X线、CT、MRI诊断AS的敏感性。结果:该组患者结合病史及实验室检查, X线确诊38例,诊断率82.6%; CT确诊44例,诊断率96%;MRI确诊45例,诊断率97%;三组病例相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认识AS具有重要的临床意义,影像学检查具有肯定的诊断意义。
Objective:Retrospective Analysis of the Value of X, CT and MRI in Diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS).Methods:fourty-six cases of AS confirmed with laboratory tests and clinical symptoms were included in this study from september 2009 to september 2015. The clinical features and imaging appearances were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate sensitivity of evaluating AS with X ray and CT and MRI examinations.Results:Refer to laboratory tests and clinical symptoms, thirty-eight(82.6%) cases of AS could be diagnosed with X ray imaging, the fourty-four cases could be diagnosed with CT imaging with sensitivity of 96%, the fourty-five(97%) cases of AS could be diagnosed with MRI imaging;there was statistical significance between the three methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recognition of AS is of clinical significance and Imaging examination has definite diagnostic significance.
