从炎症细胞因子探讨中医风邪致病的物质基础

摘要
目的:从现代医学炎症细胞因子的角度,探索中医风邪致病与西医炎症细胞因子之间的联系,挖掘中医风邪致病的物质基础,找到应用炎症细胞因子的检测手段对风邪致病的诊断和治疗进行预测和指导的依据。对实现中医宏观辨证与西医微观辨证相结合治疗疾病具有积极的指导意义,同时也为中医病因研究的客观化和现代化提供科学的参考依据。方法:采用文献检索方法,按关键词风邪、动风、祛风、炎症细胞因子、中医证型搜索CNKI、万方、维普数据库等数据库,通过阅读摘要和全文筛选出准确涉及风邪致病与炎症因子相关性研究的文献。分别从中医风邪和炎症因子在性质、致病特点的相似性进行理论上的相关性探究,再汇总分析文献库中关于两者在临床研究和动物实验研究方面以及诊断和治疗方面的相关性。结果:中医风邪与炎症细胞因子在致病特征和临床及动物研究中都证实两者在诊断和评价治疗效果上密切相关,其中相关频率最大、相关性最高的炎症细胞因子是血浆中的肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素6(interleukin-6, IL-6)和白介素1β(interleukin-1β, IL-1β)。结论:中医风邪致病与炎症细胞因子之间具有极为密切的相关性,因此可将细胞炎症因子的检测应用到风邪致病的诊断和祛风药治疗的疗效判断上。
Objective:It is beneficial to explore the relationship between the pathogenic factors of pathogenic wind and inflammatory cytokines in western medicine from modern medical inflammatory cytokinesand find out the material basis of the pathogenic factors of pathogenic wind in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the basis for prediction and guidance of the diagnosis and treatment of pathogenic wind pathogenic factors by using the detection means of inflammatory cytokines. It is of positive guiding significance to the realization of the combination of the macroscopic syndrome differentiation of TCM and the micro differentiation of Western medicine in the treatment of diseases. At the same time, it also provides scientific reference for the objectification and modernization of the study of the etiology of TCM.Methods:The article was used the literature retrieval method.According to the key words pathogenic wind, the inflammatory cytokine, the TCM syndrome type, CNKI, Wan Fang, VP database and so on were searched for the relevant literature on the correlation between the pathogenic wind and the inflammatory factors through reading the summary and the full text of the literature. The correlation between the character of the pathogenic wind and the inflammatory factors in the nature and the pathogenic wind of TCM was investigated, and the correlation between the two aspects in clinical research and animal experiment and diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Results:The pathogenic characteristics of pathogenic wind and inflammatory cytokines in TCM were closely related to the diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic effects in both clinical and animal studies. The highest related frequency and the highest correlation were the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-1βin plasma.Conclusion:There was a very close correlation between the pathogenic wind and inflammatory cytokines in TCM. Therefore, the detection of inflammatory cytokines could be applied to the diagnosis of pathogenic wind and the curative effect judgment of the treatment of wind-dispelling drugs of Chinese medicine.
