勃起功能障碍和缺血性心脏病研究
摘要
勃起功能障碍(ED)是一种影响许多患者生活质量的常见疾病。它在60岁以上的男性中超过一半是普遍存在的。越来越多的证据表明ED主要是血管疾病。内皮功能障碍似乎是导致ED的常见病理过程。动脉粥样硬化的许多常见危险因素如糖尿病,高血压,吸烟,肥胖和高脂血症在ED患者中普遍存在,因此对这些常见心血管危险因素的管理可能潜在地预防ED。
