摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱物制备了纳米半导体光催化剂TiO_2。通过比表面分析(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X光电子能谱(XPS)对光催化剂进行了结构表征,并采用平板菌落计数法考察了纳米TiO_2对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的光催化杀菌性能。结果表明:所制备的TiO_2光催化剂纯度较高,比表面积为76.5 m~2/g,粒径为16.9 nm,具有TiOx、-OH、COO-特征峰及以锐钛矿相为主的锐钛矿与金红石混晶结构,有利于光催化性能的提高。在主波长为254 nm紫外光照射下,对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果较好,作用30 min后去除率可以分别达到97.8%及99.4%,说明纳米光催化剂TiO_2是具有较好杀菌性能的环保功能材料。
        Nano semiconductor photocatalyst TiO_2 was prepared by a sol-gel method with butyl phthalate as the precursor. The structures of the TiO_2 photocatalyst were characterized by Brunaure-Emmett-Teller( BET),X-ray Diffraction( XRD) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy( XPS). And the photocatalytic antibacterial performance on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were investigated using the flat colony counting method. The results showed that the TiO_2 photocatalyst had a higher purity,larger specific surface area was 76.5 m~2/g,and smaller particle size was 16.9 nm with the characteristic peaks of TiOx,-OH and COO-.Besides,there was a rutile and anatase mixed crystal structure with anatase structure as the dominant phase,which was in favor of improving photocatalytic properties of TiO_2.Under the irradiation UV light at the wavelength of 254 nm for30 min,the removal efficiency of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on TiO_2 was up to 97.8% and 99.4%,respectively.And it showed that TiO_2 was an environmentally friendly functional material with good bactericidal performance.
