摘要
目的研究将故障模式和影响分析方法应用于医疗设备维护维修决策的可行性。方法通过与工程师开展故障模式和影响分析会议,讨论监护仪的维护维修过程,以及整个维护维修过程中所可能涉及的故障模式,包括资源供应短缺,沟通障碍,操作错误和对设备的物理访问受限等。结果形成解决方案,包括优化备件获取流程,改进工作流程,分级监督以及改善对设备物理访问等。通过一年的跟踪随访表明形成的解决方案得到了执行并且是有效的。结论证明了将故障模式和影响分析方法应用于医疗设备维护维修决策的可行性。
        Objective To study the feasibility of applying failure mode and effects analysis to maintenance and repair strategy for medical equipment. Methods In the failure mode and impact analysis meeting with engineers, maintenance and repair processes for the monitors and failure modes in the procedure of maintenance could involve were discussed,including resource supply shortages, communication challenges, use errors and lack of physical access to the machine and so on. Results Solutions were generated: including optimizing spare parts acquisition processes, improving work processes,hierarchical monitoring, and improving physical access to the machine and so on. One-year follow-up interviews indicated solutions generated were implemented and perceived to be effective. Conclusion It is demonstrated that it is feasible to apply failuro mode and impact analysis method in medical equipment maintenance decision.
