摘要
目的:采用表面肌电(sEMG)系统分析比较表面电极与单极针电极采集胫前肌肌电活动变化的相关性,以确定单极针电极评估单一靶向肌肉功能状况的有效性和可靠性。方法:17名健康受试者(11女6男,22.76±3.31岁)分别在表面电极和针电极下完成踝背屈动作,采集胫前肌最大随意收缩时的肌电图(EMG)信号,比较两种采集方法下受试者平均肌电值(AEMG)、均方根值(RMS)、中位频率(MF)、平均功率频率(MPF)和非线性指标LZ复杂度的差异性与相关性,并选取针电极下胫前肌收缩时的AEMG、MF与疼痛强度VAS评分作相关性分析。结果:两种方法采集双侧胫前肌电信号AEMG、RMS、MF、MPF、LZ复杂度有相关性(P<0.05)。两种电极下时域指标AEMG、RMS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),针电极组频域指标MF、MPF较表面电极组升高(P<0.001)。针电极组胫前肌收缩时AEMG、MF与疼痛程度VAS无线性相关关系,即针刺疼痛不影响EMG信号采集。结论:采用sEMG系统结合单极针电极,能够较可靠、灵敏地检测出胫前肌的肌电活动,这是一种针对性地评估单一靶肌肉功能活动的有效方法,具有较好的临床应用价值。
        Objective To evaluate the correlation of electromyography(EMG) signals collected using surface electrodes with those collected with needle electrodes in the anterior tibial muscle using the surface electromyography system. Methods Seventeen healthy subjects(11 females and 6 males with an average age of 22.76 ± 3.31) were collected EMG signals of the maximum isometric voluntary contraction of the anterior tibial muscle using surface and needle electrodes respectively. The difference and correlation of the average EMG(AEMG),root mean square(RMS),median frequency(MF),mean power frequency(MPF) and nonlinear index Lempel-Ziv(LZ) complexity collected using two different methods were analyzed. Moreover, the correlation between the MF, MPF and the visual analogue scale(VAS) when needle electrodes were used was analyzed. Results Significant correlation was found in the average AEMG,RMS,MF,MPF and LZ complexity collected using two different methods(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the AEMG and RMS using the two different electrodes,but the value of MF and MPF collected using the needle electrodes was higher than collected using the surface electrodes. The average VAS score was not correlated with either AEMG or MF when needle electrodes were used(P>0.05). Conclusion The sEMG system combined with needle electrodes can detect the electromyography signals of the anterior tibial muscle reliably and sensitively. The function of the anterior tibial muscle can be assessed using the monopolar needle electrode effectively, which is of great value in the clinical practice.
