德国农民合作社管理经营模式及启示

摘要
农民合作社作为新型农业主体是实现乡村振兴的重要力量。德国合作社由于起步早,已相对成熟,其在管理和经营方面的经验和做法值得学习借鉴。依据德国的经验,中国需加大合作社的外部监管,引进严格的审计制度;需支持合作社多种形式做大做强;需加大政府对合作社的支持力度;在金融支持上有所突破,从而促进合作社健康持续发展,使其成为乡村振兴、带领农民致富的主力军。
As the main part of the new type of agriculture businesses, farmer cooperatives are an important force for rural revitalization. Due to the early start of the cooperatives in Germany, they have become relatively mature. Their experience and practices in management and operation are worth learning. According to German experience, China should increase the external supervision of cooperatives and introduce a strict auditing system; cooperatives should be supported in many forms to become bigger and stronger; governments' support for cooperatives should be increased; a breakthrough in financial support, thus which can promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's cooperatives and make them become the main force for rural revitalization and lead farmers to become rich.
