摘要
目的探讨脑卒中后遗症患者采取心理护理干预对负面情绪的影响。方法抽取我院2016年1月~2017年12月期间收入脑卒中后遗症患者80例,按照护理模式不同分为两组,对照组40例予以常规护理,观察组40例在对照组基础上联合心理护理,并对两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪、依从性、护理满意度进行比较。结果两组护理前SAS、SDS评分差异无意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理前后SAS、SDS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理后服药依从性、康复锻炼依从性、定期复诊依从性评分高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度97.5%,高于对照组85.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后遗症患者予以心理护理措施干预,能改善患者负面情绪,提高治疗依从性及其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions in patients with stroke sequelae. Methods Eighty patients with stroke sequelae treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing modes. 40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, and 40 patients in the observation group were additionally given psychological care.The anxiety, depression, compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P >0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after nursing(P<0.05). The medication compliance, rehabilitation exercise compliance, and regular follow-up compliance scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%, which was higher than the control group(85.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients with stroke sequelae can relieve patients' negative emotions and improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical application.
