高校教学管理精细化探究

摘要
精细化管理是一种全新的企业管理理念,本文从精细化管理的概述出发,探讨了高校传统教学管理模式中存在的管理理念落后、管理方法陈旧、管理制度不全等问题,详细阐述了人才培养精细化管理、课程设置精细化管理、考核评价精细化管理在高校教学管理中的应用,以期能提高教学管理者的工作效率,确保高校教学管理工作的有序开展。
Detailed management is a new concept of enterprise management. Based on the Definition of detailed management, this paper discusses the problems of traditional teaching managements in colleges and universities, such as backward management idea, outdated management method and incomplete management system. It probes into the application of detailed managements about talent training, courses set-up, examination and evaluation in teaching so as to increase of efficiency of governors and ensure the orderly development of teaching management in colleges and universities.
