地龙鲜液对大鼠皮肤创伤后愈合效果的药效学研究

摘要
目的探讨地龙鲜液对大鼠皮肤创面愈合的治疗作用。方法 72只大鼠通过手术在背部进行创伤模型的建立后,随机分为3组:地龙组、高锰酸钾组与生理盐水组,每组24只,于手术第2天开始外敷给药,每天2次,1次2轮,连续给药19天。分别于术后2,4,6,9,15天评价大鼠的愈合状况;于术后3、7、14、19天,分别处死6只大鼠进行创面组织中总蛋白、羟脯氨酸及白介素-6水平的测定。结果地龙鲜液能够明显促进大鼠创面愈合,且具统计学差异P<0.01;地龙鲜液在术后第7天、第14天时能明显升高大鼠创面组织中总蛋白的含量,且具有统计学差异P<0.05;地龙鲜液在术后第7天时能显著升高创面组织中羟脯氨酸的含量,且具有统计学差异P<0.05;地龙鲜液在术后第3天、第7天、第14天时能明显减低大鼠创面组织中IL-6的水平,且有统计学差异P<0.05。结论地龙鲜液对大鼠皮肤创面具有较好的治疗作用。
Objective Study on the effect of the fresh liquid of Rhizoma Rehmanniae on the treatment to the skin wound in Rats. Methods 72 rats were randomLy divided into 3 groups after the establishment of a traumatic model of the back by operation. 24 rats in each group were given external administration on the second day of operation, 2 times a day, 2 rounds once, continuously for 19 days. The healing status of the rats was evaluated on the 2 th,4 th,6 th,9 th,15 th day after operation. Text the level of the total protein, hydroxyproline and IL-6 in the wound tissue of 6 rats were killed at 3 th, 7 th 14 th, and 19 th day. Results The fresh liquid of Rhizoma Rehmanniae could obviously promote the wound healing of rats, and the difference was significant(P<0.01); The content of total protein in the wound tissue of rats was significantly increased on the 7 th and 14 th day, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The content of hydroxyproline in wound tissue was significantly increased on the 7 th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); On the 3 th, 7 th and 14 th day after operation, the IL-6 level in the wound tissue of rats was significantly decreased with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The fresh liquid of Rhizoma Rehmanniae has a good therapeutic effect on the skin wound in rats.
