超声定位与周围神经刺激器引导下臂丛神经阻滞在疼痛治疗的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨超声定位与周围神经刺激器引导下臂丛神经阻滞在疼痛治疗的临床效果。方法以随机抽签的模式将本院治疗单侧上肢的带状疱疹痛和臂丛神经损伤后出现机体疼痛的88例患者按照不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。其中,对照组患者采用周围刺激器引导下臂丛神经阻滞的治疗方法,观察组患者采用超声定位引导臂丛神经阻滞的治疗方法,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分优于对照组的疼痛评分;观察组患者的不良反应发生率为6.81%,较对照组的22.70%低,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对臂丛神经阻滞进行疼痛治疗的患者,采取超声定位引导臂丛神经阻滞的治疗方法较周围神经刺激器引导臂丛神经阻滞治疗效果更为显著,有效缓解患者的上肢疼痛感,不良反应少,具有很好的临床价值,值得推广。
        Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound localization and peripheral nerve stimulator-guided brachial plexus block in pain treatment.Method In the random drawing mode,88 patients with pain of the unilateral upper limb treated by herpes zoster and brachial plexus injury were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group.The treatment of control group were given by peripheral stimulation guided brachial plexus block.The treated group were observed by ultrasound guided brachial plexus block treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two group.Results The pain score of the observation group was better than the pain score of the control group;observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 6.81%,compared with22.70% in the control group,the difference data comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain treatment for patients of brachial plexus block,take the effect of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block treatment of peripheral nerve stimulator guided treatment of brachial plexus block is more significant,effectively alleviate the patient's upper extremity pain,less adverse reaction,has good clinical value.
