摘要
目前我国冶金焦炉可利用煤炭种类比较有限,再加上自身工作环境相对较差、建设成本较高,对实际生产质量与效率产生了一定影响。为了解决上述问题,相关人员研发出了一种新型炼焦方式——冶金炼焦,该工艺主要以非粘结煤与弱粘煤为主要原材料,通过加热的方法将煤炭加压成型。基于此,主要分析了焦化时机械加压对煤软化熔融性的影响,旨在为相关研究提供参考依据。
        At present, China's metallurgical coke ovens have limited use of coal types, coupled with relatively poor working environment and high construction costs, which have a certain impact on actual production quality and efficiency. In order to solve the above problems, the relevant personnel developed a new coking mode-metallurgical coking, which mainly uses unbonded coal and weakly cohesive coal as the main raw materials, and pressurizes the coal by heating. Based on this, the influence of mechanical pressurization on coal softening and meltability during coking is mainly analyzed, which is intended to provide reference for related research.
