摘要
目的:探讨基于患者自评主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)的个体化营养干预对鼻咽癌化疗患者营养状况和生活质量的影响。方法:选取收治的120例鼻咽癌化疗患者根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组化疗期间给予常规性营养干预,观察组化疗期间实施基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预;比较两组干预前后营养状况[包括血清蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清总蛋白(TP)]和生活质量[采用癌症患者生活质量问卷(QOL-30)],比较两组化疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组ALB、Hb、PA、TP水平高于对照组(P<0.01),QOL-30中整体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组化疗期间营养不良、贫血、胃肠道不良反应、血小板减少发生情况优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:基于PG-SGA的个体化营养干预,能有效改善鼻咽癌化疗患者的营养状况,降低患者化疗期间不良反应发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
        Objective:to investigate the effect of individual nutritional intervention based on PG-SGA on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:according to the random number table,120 cases of patients receiving chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given regular nutritional intervention during chemotherapy,and the observation group was given individualized nutritional intervention based on PG-SGA during chemotherapy.Nutritional status(including ALB,Hb,PA,TP)and quality of life(QOL-30)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.And adverse reactions during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results:after intervention,ALB,Hb,PA and TP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and overall function,social function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function and total score in QOL-30 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of malnutrition,anemia,gastrointestinal adverse reactions and thrombocytopenia during chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:individualized nutritional intervention based on PG-SGA can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy,reduce adverse reactions during chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
