摘要
研究了水泥用量、砂子级配、石榴石砂掺量和氟硅酸盐掺量对无机耐磨地坪砂浆抗折强度、抗压强度、耐磨度比等性能的影响。结果表明,当水泥用量为35%,合理调整砂子级配并控制石榴石砂掺量,可以显著改善体系力学性能。通过合理添加各种外加剂,制备出一种无机高强耐磨地坪砂浆。将该耐磨地坪砂浆应用于相关工程后发现,规范合理的施工工艺对工程质量非常关键。
        The influence of cement content,sand grading,garnet sand dosage and fluosilicate content on tensile strength,compressive strength and abradability of inorganic wear-resistant floors mortar were studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties were increased when the content of cement was 35%,the sand grading was adjusted reasonably and the garnet sand dosage was controlled. Inorganic wear-resistant floors mortar with high strength was finally obtained through reasonable addition of various admixtures. The application of such floors mortar in relevant engineering showed that the standard and reasonable construc-tion process was critical to the engineering quality.
