摘要

从食品专业教学模式现状入手,以双创为基点,以现代学徒制为经典案例,确定了双创背景下食品专业人才培养方案实现途径,完成"一中心二对象三结合四模块五转变"教学模式的改变。
        Starting from the current situation of food specialty teaching mode, taking entrepreneurship and innovation as the basis point and modern apprenticeship as the classic case, this paper determines the way to realize the food specialty talent training program under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation, and completes the change of the teaching mode of "one center, two objects, three combined, four modules and five changes".
