北京市浅山区河道治理关键问题及规划对策研究

摘要
针对北京市浅山区河道坡降较陡、洪水洪枯变幅大、洪水冲刷力强以及河岸植被脆弱等问题,综合考虑城市浅山区生态环境敏感度高及潜在开发价值高等特点,揭示了浅山区河道概念及特征,指出北京市浅山区河道面临行洪能力不足、土地集约程度不高以及水生态环境恶化等问题。以石景山区潭峪沟治理工程规划方案中河道功能定位、治理标准确立、流量计算、平面与纵横断面确定以及截污工程应遵循的规划思路等为例,探究了城市浅山区河道生态岸坡、河道滨水景观以及河道系统功能修复对策。研究可为城市浅山区河道治理工程规划方案优化及生态环境修复提供决策依据。
        Concerning to the steeper slopes of river courses, big changes of water level during dry and wet seasons, flood erosion and venerability of vegetation along the river banks, in-depth analysis has been made on relevant issues related to river courses in shallow mountainous regions of Beijing Municipality, such as low flood discharge capacity, low degree of intensive land use and degradation of water environment, by taking the high ecological sensibility and potential development value of this kind of area into consideration, as well as interpretation of its special features and concepts. Measures for recovery of river banks, waterfront landscape and river course functions are proposed by case studies on project plan for Tanyugou Gully in Shijingshan District,in the fields of function clarification, standard definition, flow calculation, determination of surface, vertical and horizontal cross-sections and principles need to follow in project planning. It may provide a base for decision making in optimization of project plans and ecological and environment restoration.
